A new year, time for some new changes. It’s good to re-evaluate your priorities every once and a while and commit yourself to the things that are really important and maybe cut down on some of the lesser important things. For 2010, I’ve further committed myself to my family and to my own personal health. I’ve been lazy for the past couple years, but I’ve had a break from workouts and I’m back on board again. What are your changes for 2010?
