an abandoned pool at the bottom of an apartment building

i assisted at a photoshoot at this abandoned pool. it was so strange that in the bottom of this large apartment building, this pool was no longer in use, tenants probably never even knew it existed as all signs for it had been removed. but it still had the smiley happy murals on the wall. there are similar murals on the local pool i take my daughter swimming at - is there one person who has the market cornered on painting pool wall murals?
